About: The Field Marketing Manager at Torchy’s is responsible for implementing marketing strategies at the local level, focusing on understanding market needs, developing localized plans, and ensuring brand consistency. This role plays a key part in driving guest traffic and enhancing the brand’s presence across all locations.
Requirements: Minimum qualifications: Must reside in the Kansas City market; 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on field or local marketing; Proven experience in developing and executing localized marketing plans; Strong project management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel as needed. Preferred qualifications: Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry; Familiarity with event planning and local sponsorships.
