Position: Fairfield Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Neville Island – General Manager
About: The hotel is looking for a polished and well-regarded General Manager to lead all operations and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. The General Manager will focus on optimizing financial performance, maintaining high service levels, and overseeing property improvement projects while providing leadership and communication across various stakeholders.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field required; 5+ years of experience in hotel management; strong financial acumen and ability to optimize revenue while controlling expenses; excellent communication and leadership skills; knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations; discretion and independent judgment in decision-making
