Position: Facilities Manager

About: LaGuardia Gateway Partners is the private developer and manager of the state-of-the-art Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport, seeking talented individuals to help achieve ongoing excellence in terminal operations and guest experience.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business management, transportation, or engineering from an accredited institution preferred; 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or facility management of a large airport terminal environment or industrial complex; 3 to 5 more years of providing leadership and management to direct and indirect reports; high level of professionalism in preparing reports, presenting presentations, and in representing the company; proficient at technical writing to support the team in the delivery of services; working knowledge of programs and applications commonly used in the role highly preferred (BlueBeam Revu, AutoCAD, SmartSheets, Arc, and Microsoft Office suite applications)
