Position: Facilities Engineer/Planner 4

Requirements: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities engineering or maintenance in a cleanroom manufacturing environment; Proven experience managing budgets and facility-related projects (both self-performed and with contractors); Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations (especially with systems supporting a cleanroom environment); Physical ability to conduct inspections and perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing as necessary; Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of all building and manufacturing support systems; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments; Willingness to respond to facility emergencies outside of regular working hours and weekends; Occasional travel to vendor sites or for training purposes may be required; Experience with EAM/CMMS/BAS/MS Office (required), Distech (preferred); Desire to work in a fast-paced and at times stressful manufacturing environment; Ability to support be on call for a manufacturing facility that is 24/7
