Position: Facilities Coordinator

About: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our facility and supporting the overall needs of the business in relation to building management, maintenance, and office services. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive environment for all employees and visitors.

Requirements: Proven experience in facilities management, office administration, or a related field; strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively; knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software; strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
