The Executive Sous Chef plays a vital role in overseeing chef managers and culinary staff, ensuring high-quality food production, presentation, and service standards are met in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Culinary degree or equivalent with 4+ years of management experience; high volume special events culinary operations experience preferred; advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices; strong multitasking, organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods; availability for event-based hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
