Position: Executive Sous Chef, Banquet
About: Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Catering Culinary Program Manager. This position involves overseeing the culinary program for all of UOR, managing hourly and exempt culinary personnel, and ensuring the preparation and production of food in the assigned area. The role requires accountability for TSAT, GSAT, and financials, as well as developing, training, and evaluating management layers within the culinary department.
Requirements: Completion of a post-secondary culinary arts certificate or degree program or apprenticeship; 5+ years of culinary experience in a high-volume environment with 3+ years in a supervisory role; Professional Food Manager Certification required
