Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: Sage Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee the Back of House operations for the Denver Milk Market, an all-local mix of take-away and dine-in restaurants and bars situated as a 16-venue cornerstone of the historic Dairy Block in the heart of LoDo Denver, aiming to provide a vibrant community experience. The ideal candidate should champion a culture that makes the ordinary extraordinary, influencing all aspects of business interactions with associates, guests, owners, and communities.

Requirements: More than two years of post high school education but less than a four-year college degree; five to ten years of employment in a related position; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; strong oral and written communication skills
