Executive Sous Chef

Waverley Country Club is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to serve as the "second-in-command" of the kitchen, assisting the Executive Chef in supervising food production for all food outlets, banquet events, and other functions at the Club. The role involves overseeing food production personnel and other kitchen staff, ensuring quality and cost standards are consistently attained, and handling various kitchen tasks in the absence of the Executive Chef.
