Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent); further education in office/facilities management is an asset. Proven background as a receptionist, office manager, or facilities coordinator, with strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and respect. Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
