Position: Executive Pastry Chef

Currently in a phase of expansion, French Truck Coffee is looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team, enhance pastry offerings, and optimize kitchen operations.
Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in culinary operations, with a strong emphasis on pastries; Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; Proven experience in menu development, food costing, and managing kitchen operations; Expertise in pastry arts, including baking techniques, ingredient knowledge, and flavor pairings; Mastery of Viennoiserie is mandatory; Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team; Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance; Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, inventory, and food costs; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
