Position: Executive Director
About: Adeo Colorado is a 501(C)3 organization dedicated to serving adults living with the residual impact of brain injury. Stephens Farm @Adeo has been a home to 19 adults with brain injuries since 2004, providing person-centered services that promote wellness, connection, and joy. Adeo is expanding its impact with the upcoming opening of Hope Apartments @Adeo to serve 28 more individuals with brain injuries in the next 18-24 months.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of administrative experience with increasing leadership responsibilities; experience working with people with disabilities; certification as Assisted Living Administrator or obtain certification within 30 days of hire; fluency in English required, fluency in Spanish a plus; experience with non-profit finances; familiarity with Medicaid regulatory framework; proficiency with standard office software and technology; familiarity with non-profit structures and understanding of the relationship between the Executive Director and the Board; familiarity with grant writing preferred
