Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine role in an upscale or chef-driven kitchen; Strong foundation in Southern American cuisine, with an interest or background in Mediterranean and North African cooking; Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing kitchen teams; Strong organizational, financial, and operational management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Passion for culinary storytelling and concept-driven menu creation
