Position: Executive Chef| TGL Golf Complex
About: Oak View Group is seeking an Executive Chef to manage the culinary team in their F&B operation venues, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence in Miami.
Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant or events venue; demonstrated track record of meeting projected costs; professional appearance and presentation; knowledge of computer software; current Food Handlers card and alcohol service permit if required; working knowledge of employee scheduling; ability to obtain and maintain certification in a nationally recognized sanitation program; technical proficiency in food preparation methods; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop and train staff effectively; problem-solving and decision-making abilities; detail-oriented and strong multitasking skills; flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and long hours.
