About: Seed Kitchen & Bar / Stem Wine Bar, located in Marietta, GA, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Executive Chef to lead their kitchen team and uphold high culinary standards for their modern American restaurant and wine bar. The successful candidate will showcase local and seasonal ingredients while ensuring efficient operations and adherence to food safety and quality controls within the Seed Hospitality Group.

Requirements: 5+ years of kitchen management experience; Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and/or Bachelor’s degree in a hospitality-related field, or equivalent experience in professional kitchens; proven experience in leading and supervising kitchen teams; proficient in working within budget constraints; ServSafe Certified (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
