Requirements: Prior experience as an Executive Chef; Leadership experience and presence; A keen eye for detail in food preparation and presentation; Excellent food handling skills; Ability to research and develop new food trends according to concept; Visionary leader aligning culinary operations with restaurant goals; Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure; Effective collaborator fostering a positive culture
