Position: Executive Chef job
About: City Winery, a unique facility that combines a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wine classes, private events, and fine dining, is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations and uphold the highest standards of food quality and service. The Executive Chef will lead the kitchen team in creating a culinary experience that aligns with the company’s vision and direction, while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements: Minimum 7 years’ experience in kitchen leadership or similar role; AOS Culinary School Graduate or related training is a plus; Knowledge of health department regulations, OSHA, and culinary trends; Strong multitasking and decision-making skills; Financial acumen and ability to meet budget targets; Team leadership and staff development skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in business-related mathematics and data analysis; Serve Safe food handler’s certificate
