About: Somerset Hills Hotel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is located in the historic Warren, NJ, known for its colonial and Revolutionary War history. The hotel offers the comforts, service, and amenities of the Hilton brand with a boutique hotel experience, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences through its Savor by Valor Food and Beverage division.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Hospitality or related experience; creative, outside-the-box thinker; hands-on leadership style with previous upscale high-volume restaurant experience; experience with banquets and event execution is a plus; willingness to learn, grow, and advance career with the Savor team; proficiency in menu cost, inventory, food, and labor controls
