About: Il Cervo, located next to the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee’s historic Deer District, is on top of The Trade, Milwaukee’s premier luxury hotel. It is a brand new 10,000-square foot, high-end Italian restaurant within Food Fight Restaurant Group’s portfolio of nearly 20 Wisconsin restaurants. The menu features hand-rolled pasta, homemade cheeses, dry-aged steaks served Florentine-style, and an Italian-focused wine list with over 300 labels. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 or more years of executive chef experience, Italian experience preferred; mastery of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment; experience in leading and training teams of 15 or more employees; obtain a ServSafe certificate and Responsible Sellers within 90 days of employment
