Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Proven experience as an Executive Chef or CDC in a high-volume or upscale concept; Strong culinary skills with a passion for seasonal, scratch-made cuisine; Excellent leadership and communication skills; Knowledge of food and labor cost controls; Ability to manage, train, and develop a diverse kitchen team; ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
