Requirements: Culinary Arts degree from a recognized school; 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Assistant Executive Chef; 5 years of kitchen work experience in medium to large organizations; 2 years of experience in hiring, training, and managing food service personnel; familiarity with special diets and meal preparation for large groups; ServSafe certificate
