About: Sage Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations at The Elizabeth Hotel in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Elizabeth Hotel features a fine collection of curated art, music-oriented experiences, and a variety of dining options for guests. Requirements: Education/Formal Training: More than two years of post high school education, but less than a degree from a four-year college. Experience: Five to ten years of employment in a related position. Knowledge/Skills: Advanced knowledge of food profession principles, management skills, oral and written communication skills, vision, comprehension, literacy. Physical Demands: Lifting objects up to 35 pounds, carrying various items, kneeling, mobility, continuous standing. Environment: Inside work environment, exposure to varying temperatures.
