About: Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef to join their team. The community is a 120-acre continuing care retirement community in Silver Spring, Maryland, managed by Erickson Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living and health care.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience; fine dining experience a plus; knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and food presentation; good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
