Position: EXECUTIVE CHEF – Corporate Dining – Pipeline
About: Compass Group USA, a leading foodservice and support services company, with over 284,000 US associates across various establishments like restaurants, cafes, hospitals, schools, arenas, and museums in all 50 states, is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations in a corporate dining account. This role involves preparing meals in line with corporate programs and maintaining a safe work environment for the staff, offering an exciting opportunity for a Culinary professional.
Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; Extensive catering experience is a plus; High volume, complex foodservice operations experience is highly desirable; Institutional and batch cooking experiences; Hands-on chef experience; Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; Must be experienced with computers and willing to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities; ServSafe certified is highly desirable
