Position: Executive Chef – Bellagio/Park MGM

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; 4+ years of prior relevant experience in large-scale, luxury resort environments with multiple outlets; expertise in culinary concept planning, production, and operational controls; proven ability in strategic process development and collaboration across all levels of an organization
