About: The Joinery Hotel, a Curio Collection by Hilton located in Downtown Pittsburgh, is seeking an Executive Chef. The hotel is a welcoming 185-room boutique establishment in Downtown Pittsburgh’s Golden Triangle, embodying the city’s legacy, local pride, and culture with a modern touch. It offers unique amenities such as ‘offering table’ check-in, a tasting library, meeting spaces, and a 10th-floor outdoor terrace with a panoramic city view, catering to both leisure and business travelers.
Requirements: More than two years of post-high school education but less than a degree from a four-year college; five to ten years of experience in a related position; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; strong oral and written communication skills; must have excellent vision and comprehension to fulfill budget requirements.
