Position: Events Coordinator
About: The Monarch Scottsdale is seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the Event Marketing team in supporting the development and production of events, rental events, and commercial filming projects specific to the hotel. The coordinator will oversee various projects, work with internal and external clients, and ensure the timely completion of projects while communicating effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements: One to three years of experience in a similar role; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; organizational capabilities to support multiple projects simultaneously; ability to problem solve and work independently in a fast-paced environment; excellent organizational planning and project management skills
