Position: Event Technologist

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years experience in a related field; Knowledge and in-depth experience using the Cvent tool is a must; Experience building complex event websites and apps; Experience in event planning and/or administration; Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure; Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for liaising with diverse stakeholders; Proficiency in event management software and standard office tools; Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends; Able and willing to travel up to 15% (approximately once per quarter), as required by event schedules
