Position: Event Services Coordinator
About: At Children’s Hospital Association (CHA), we are champions for children’s health. Collaborating with children’s hospitals and health systems nationwide, we drive innovation in the quality, cost, and delivery of care. With over 200 members, CHA serves as the unified voice of children’s hospitals, setting the standard for the highest-quality pediatric care. The Event Services Coordinator will report to the Director of Event Services and work a hybrid schedule from our Lenexa, KS office. This role plays a vital role in managing logistics for meeting preparation, execution, and post-event needs, requiring strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Additional education via college coursework or business school preferred; Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience directly supporting a team; Project coordination skills such as the ability to manage and organize projects and meetings efficiently, excellent follow-through and proofing; Strong ability to work professionally and collaboratively with colleagues, children’s hospital personnel, and other external contacts; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Advanced personal computer skills with the ability to easily utilize the Microsoft Office Suite and various CRM tools
