Position: EVENT PLANNING MANAGER

The Event Planning Manager at Hyatt focuses on servicing Sale bookings, acting as the liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff. Responsibilities include administering the Sales agreement, managing Food, Beverage, and A/V needs, overseeing room blocks and pick up, providing billing instructions, and ensuring smooth event execution on-site.
Requirements: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills; 1-3 years of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience preferred; proficiency in general computer knowledge; extreme attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle a fast-paced environment; preference for two years of hotel experience or completion of Event Management trainee program; completion of PSS or equivalent training
