Position: Event Operations Manager
About: Prestige Motorsports, located in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an Event Operations Manager to plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, ranging from private gatherings to large community and motorsport events. This role involves overseeing all event logistics, budgets, and post-event analysis, collaborating with local planners and vendors, and ensuring events align with the standards and goals of Prestige Motorsports.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred; 2+ years of event management experience in a high-energy or luxury environment; strong budget management skills and experience with P&L reporting; excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure, handle multiple events concurrently, and adapt to changes on short notice
