Position: Event Manager job
About: Global Field Marketing Team is chartered to build and scale efficient campaign plans that align to go-to-market strategies by partnering with product marketing, sales and cross-functional teams across marketing to engage prospects with targeted activities that build pipeline and drive revenue. Responsibilities include owning the planning and execution of an integrated nurture strategy, designing event programs, creating and managing campaign kits, leveraging customer journey maps, partnering with Field Marketing leads, coordinating localization workflows, and managing internal newsletters and websites. Preferred skills and experience include 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or campaign management, experience in Persona and Vertical Industry campaigns, executing ongoing event program series, owning the vision of digital programs or campaigns, strong communication and presentation skills, and being organized and detail-oriented.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of beers, wines, cocktails and liquors; excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle tense situations calmly; observant, thorough and able to anticipate bar needs
