Position: Event Logistics Coordinator
About: This role is for a theatre event coordinator position, responsible for managing group reservations, private screenings, and business events. The coordinator will handle ordering, coordinating equipment, catering, and onsite management. This role involves communication with field personnel, vendors, and customers, as well as providing support during events. The position requires availability on nights and weekends during event times.
Requirements: Some college (Associate’s, Technical, or Bachelor’s Degree); Minimum of one year theatre experience or two years event planning/hospitality experience required; Event planning experience preferred; exceptional communication skills, ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
