Position: Event Coordinator job
About: Eight Eleven and its Family of Companies are in search of a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshows and external client events for all their brands. This role focuses on delivering exceptional event experiences that align with client objectives, requiring strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred; 0-2 years of experience in event planning, meeting planning, or marketing; passion for the corporate events industry; project management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines; creative problem-solving in fast-paced environments; willingness to travel for on-site event coordination; knowledge of industry trends and marketing strategies; customer-first mindset; based in Indianapolis, Indiana
