Position: Event Coordinator job
About: Boredomfighters, based in Detroit, MI, is a mission-driven nonprofit empowering young people through hands-on music production experiences in schools, camps, festivals, and creative spaces. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented, calendar-savvy Event Coordinator to lead the logistics for workshops, retreats, assemblies, and pop-ups, ensuring seamless event execution.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of experience in event coordination or production logistics; proactive communicator with strong attention to detail and scheduling; ability to coordinate teams and departments effectively; familiarity with Airtable, Google Suite, Slack, and Asana; experience in music events, youth programming, or grassroots organizations preferred
