Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 or more years of related experience in a health care or business environment; extensive knowledge of healthcare services, systems, and procedures; proficiency in medical terminology and office automation; exceptional organizational, communication, and networking skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinical staff; strong computer skills; familiarity with EPIC and CRM systems
