Position: Employee Communications Coordinator
About: Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, a leading musical instrument manufacturer, marketer, and distributor known for iconic brands like Fender, Squier, Gretsch, and more, is in search of an Employee Communications Coordinator to join their dynamic Corporate Communications team. This role involves supporting internal communication strategies that align with company objectives and fostering employee engagement and culture.
Requirements: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field is preferred; 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or a similar role; strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; experience with managing internal communication tools like intranets, email platforms, and collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Interact); ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
