Position: Dynamic Positioning Operator
About: Noble Corporation is seeking a Junior DP Watchstander to work under the direct supervision of the Senior DPO, aiming to ensure the vessel’s position during operations and monitor its location while in motion. The role involves continuous monitoring of essential systems critical for DP operations and serving as a Navigational Watch Officer when not on DP duty, maintaining communication with various departments for operational awareness.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marine Transportation preferred; 2+ years of offshore drilling vessel experience and 1+ years as a DPO; Unlimited DPO certificate from the Nautical Institute; USCG Unlimited Tonnage Any Oceans Third Mate’s License or equivalent; STCW A-II/1 – Officer in Charge of Navigational Watchkeeping; Experience with Kongsberg station keeping and Marshall Islands endorsement; Completion of all training requirements within designated time period; Proficiency in office applications, dynamic positioning control systems, and other necessary systems.
