Position: Doorperson/Concierge (Part-Time)
About: Arthaus Condominiums offers a premium lifestyle for residents who value art, culture, and luxury in an urban setting, and we are seeking a dedicated doorman/concierge to enhance this experience. This part-time position is scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, totaling 24 hours a week, and is ideal for someone committed to providing exceptional service in a prestigious environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to manage multiple priorities; demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel; good written and verbal communication skills; ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs; strong customer service and interpersonal skills required
