Position: District Manager

The District Manager (DM) at Chuze Fitness serves as the bridge between the Home Office and field departments, managing recruitment, training, coaching, and performance reviews to ensure excellence in customer service, cleanliness, and culture district-wide.
Requirements: 5-8 years of extensive multi-unit experience at the General Manager level or higher; capacity to multi-task and handle shifting priorities with attention to detail; ability to provide a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure; team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver constructive feedback; effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills; organized, accountable, and able to set, prioritize, and reach goals in a fast-paced environment; ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality and build trust; access to reliable transportation for regular travel between clubs within the market; budget management, strategic planning, and crisis management; 5 years of Customer Service experience; 3-5 years of experience managing a large or multi-unit team with recruitment, leadership, and motivation skills; High School graduate or equivalent education; Preferred: Sports or fitness background; Bachelor’s degree or currently continuing education
