Position: Dishwasher – Stokes Grill
About: Stokes Old Market Store is seeking a dedicated individual to maintain the kitchen dish area, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring clean and sanitized kitchen utensils, serviceware, and work area to facilitate efficient service to guests. The role involves various responsibilities such as inspecting and operating the dish machine, washing utensils, glassware, and dishware, and contributing to a positive guest experience through exceptional service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet state/government regulations; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members; physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks under pressure and at a high pace
