Requirements: Must meet personal schedule requirements punctually; work a variable, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; stand and/or walk for an entire shift; perform in limited physical space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures; handle extremes in water and air temperature; safely transport items in the kitchen on slick and uneven surfaces; transport containers weighing up to 50 lbs; move dishes, bus tubs, and trays to various areas in the kitchen; move about in all areas of the restaurant
