Position: Dishwasher – Full Time – Charleston, SC
About: The Food Service/Prep Aide position involves assisting the cook in the preparation and presentation of food, maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing area, dishes, silverware, and glassware, and providing support in various dining operation tasks.
Requirements: Good organizational skills and ability to work well in a team setting; work under close supervision; basic knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment use; ability to understand and follow simple instructions; physically able to stand, kneel, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and carry heavy objects; tolerant of temperature extremes, wet/humid conditions, and noise; wear slip-resistant footwear; flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
