Position: Director, Wellness

Requirements: 8 years of progressive experience in retail environments, including management, business development, startup environments, or consulting; wellness experience is a plus, with a preference for consumer-facing retail experience in beauty, fashion, or apparel; strategic, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills; ability to launch, scale, or transform a retail business; financially savvy and analytical; strong communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; minimum of 5 years leading a team with a focus on growth and development; high emotional intelligence and ability to adapt communication style based on stakeholder needs
