Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related professional area. Knowledge of customer and personal service, economics and accounting, analytical/critical thinking, management of financial resources, administration and management, applied business knowledge, food production and presentation, and management of material resources.
