Position: Director of Operations- BWI Airport

The Director of Operations (DOO) role provides leadership, coaching, and direction to approximately 3-5 restaurants, ensuring the maximization of sales and profits while upholding excellent guest service and Brand standards consistently.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibility in food and beverage store operations with successful multiunit specialty store management; proven track record in driving performance and operations metrics; demonstrated experience in rollout of store presentation, sales initiatives, and operational discipline; revenue and profit-making orientation; strong background in associate relations, asset protection, and legal compliance; proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to analyze P&L statements; Dunkin Donuts Training Program certification preferred
