Position: Director of Operations and Events
About: The Director of Operations and Events at One Knoxville SC oversees all event-related execution and supports the operational, financial, and risk mitigation for the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial management understanding, and the ability to coordinate and execute match days and outside events in Covenant Health Park.
Requirements: Strong background in operations or event management, ideally in sports or entertainment; Experience with financial management and QuickBooks; Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once; Leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams, interns, and vendors; Proven ability to work under pressure and handle complex, multi-faceted events; Problem-solving abilities, particularly on match and event days; Experience with managing fan engagement and optimizing match day environments
