Position: Director of Operations

About: BoxedUp Self Storage, a growing company in the self-storage industry, is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Director to lead and expand its footprint and brand across the region. This is an entrepreneurial role with opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) and/or significant relevant experience preferred; self-storage and/or real estate experience desired; understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets; familiarity with self-storage management software (SiteLink); excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; effective communication skills, both written and verbal; authorization to work in the United States.
