Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus; Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations; Strong financial acumen and budget management skills; Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities; Effective leadership and team management skills; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in a similar industry or organization preferred; Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics; Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements; Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
