Position: Director of Grant Financial Operations (Hiring Immediately)
About: A dynamic and dedicated Manager of Grants Accounting is sought to join a construction industry company in the NYC metro area. This role involves managing the full cycle of grant processes, from research and proposal writing to reporting and compliance, emphasizing federal grants, contract budgets, and non-profit accounting principles.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; minimum 5 years of grant management experience, preferably in a nonprofit; experience with HHS Accelerator, grant reporting, federal grants, non-profit accounting, and HUD; detailed knowledge of non-profit accounting principles and federal grant regulations; strong financial analysis and budget management skills; exceptional organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; commitment to the organization’s mission and values
