Position: Director of Franchise Operations
About: Pure Green Franchise, one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s fastest-growing franchises, is dedicated to building healthier communities by connecting people with nutritious superfoods. With over 100 locations either open or in development, Pure Green Franchise is on track to reach 1,000 U.S. locations. The company is based in Sunrise, Florida and requires occasional travel for the Director of Franchise Operations role.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years (ideally 5+ years) of operational management experience within the franchise industry; background in the food and beverage industry strongly preferred; proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams; passionate about health and wellness and strongly aligned with Pure Green’s mission; exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability and willingness to travel regularly
